Whatever you reasons, we can help you acknowledge your feelings and clarify issues so you can begin to change things for yourself. Our Personal Matters, Advice and Referral drop-in service offers a safe environment to talk and seek help - everything is dealt with in a friendly, professional and confidential manner. If we can't give you all the support you need ourselves, then we'll put you in touch with the organisations and people who can.
