This course is ideal if you`re looking to work in the radio industry. The course will teach you the practical skills you need working in professional purpose-built digital radio studios. You`ll gain a foundation in a wide variety of essential areas including Broadcasting, Interviewing, Music Programming, Digital Operations, Newsroom Operations and Radio Commercials Production. Digital Production and Digital Post Production are also key features of this course.
You`ll have the exciting opportunity to broadcast regularly on the college radio station giving you real hands-on experience. You`ll also benefit from industry-related talks and visits from Forth FM STudios and the BBC which ensure the course is up-to-date and relevant to the radio industry of today. The course has close ties with the Bauer academy , which is run by The bauer group owners of Forth, Cylde and Kerrange.
