In order to apply for a UK Student visa, all international students require a Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) number. In order to get this number, you must accept the Unconditional offer that you have been made and pay a £1,000 deposit to the College. Please note that these deposits are non-refundable (except for visa refusal – minus 10% administration fee).
The balance of any fees due must be paid either in advance of, or at the time of enrolment.
Scholarships
Every year Edinburgh’s Telford College is delighted to award international students with a fee reduction in the form of a scholarship. Once you have been offered and accepted your place of study, you will be eligible to apply for a scholarship.

Cost of Living in Edinburgh
As well as paying fees, you’ll need enough money to live on. The good news is that unlike other capital cities in the UK, Edinburgh is a reasonably priced city to live and it now costs around £6,000 a year to live here. Please note that when you apply for your visa you will have to show that you can pay the tuition fees and that you will have enough money to support yourself in the UK throughout your studies. Please see our visa section for more information.
