To find out whether you may be eligible for bursary, please see the Funding Guide
Bursary awards have three parts; maintenance, travel costs and course materials costs. This ready reckoner is designed to give you an idea of the amount of maintenance bursary you are likely to receive during your course. The amounts given below are not guaranteed and are dependent on the outcome of your full bursary assessment.
If you are entitled to remain on DWP benefits during your course, such as Employment Support Allowance or Income Support, you can only apply for bursary for travel and course materials. The maintenance amounts below will not apply.
All amounts assume that you have no siblings in full time education, and that you have no unearned income of your own.
